Exactly, he just destroyed the relationship between Trump and Zelenskyy, stopped the delivery of Tomahawks, and made Trump a fool – with a single phone call. It’s almost as if Putin has something on Trump…

プーチンに何度もバカにされても平気なトランプの態度が理解できない。あんなにプライドが高いのに、なんで毎回バカにされても耐えてるんだ？ロシア関係のベテラン外交官を全員クビにしなきゃ、もう少しマシに動けたかもな。
Trump’s willingness to be mocked by Putin repeatedly makes no sense, especially given Trump’s famously thin-skinned nature. Maybe just maybe he shouldn’t have fired all the career Russian diplomats who actually could advise him about Putin and Russia.

トランプはプーチンに尊敬されたいって必死なんだけど、頭のキレも経験も足りなくて、全然ついていけてないんだよね。しかもプーチン（ロシア）はトランプをいろんな意味で握ってると思う。間違いなく金の問題が大きいし、ロシアがトランプのヤバいネタをいくつも持ってても不思議じゃない。
トランプはプーチンから電話がかかってくるのを「対等に扱われてる」と勘違いしてるけど、実際は都合よく利用されてるだけ。本人は世界中がそれを見抜いてるのに、自分だけ「うまくやってる」と思ってるからタチが悪い。
これまでのところ、プーチンはトランプを好き放題振り回してるのに、トランプのSNSで怒りの投稿をされない数少ない人物。これってかなり怪しいよな。
I think it’s two pronged that Trump desperately wants to be respected by Putin but lacks the savvy and intelligence to actually keep up with him and also the fact that Putin/Russia owns Trump in more ways than one. Undoubtedly a huge amount of it is financial and it isn’t hard to believe that Russia is in possess of some serious dirty laundry on Trump to keep him this reined in.
Trump mistakes Putin calling him as Putin treating him like a peer when he’s too stupid to see how often he’s being used with nothing to show in return. He doesn’t see this as a failure despite everyone on the world stage seeing it because he lives in some weird deluded world.
Putin thus far is one of the few people who really jerks Trump around without becoming a target of a Truth Social sundowning rant which, as you not, is incredibly suspicious.

プーチンには実際そこに行く手段がほとんどないんだよ。ポーランドはロシアに「うちの領空を通るな」って警告してるし、ブルガリアはICC加盟国だから、変な判事がいたらそれだけでリスクになる。周辺の国もほとんどICCの加盟国ばかり。
ウクライナはICC加盟国じゃないけど、ロシアとハンガリーの両方に国境がある。だからウクライナは「プーチンの飛行機が通るなら、ちょっと家族向けの“的当て練習”でもしてやるか」って感じかもね。
Putin does not really have means to get there. Poland warned Russia against crossing it’s airspace, Bulgaria would be willing (also ICC) but any fanatic judge might pose a threat to that. All the other countries surrounding are also ICC signatories. Ukraine is not and does border both Russia and Hungary. I think they might be open to Putin crossing their airspace for some fun family target practice.

そもそもプーチンが行く理由なんてある？ トランプが「プーチンに対して行動するかも」なんて言い出しても、プーチンは電話一本で「やめとけ」って言えば済む話だし。
What reason would Putin have for going anyway? When Trump suggests he might take action against Putin, Putin just has to call him and tell him not to.

それに、明らかに偏った要求まで丸ごと飲ませたんだよ。 「ドンバス全域を譲れ、力で取れない部分も含めてだ。それに将来の侵攻を禁じる約束は要らない、この合意を受け入れろ。そうすれば1年かけて再武装してまた取りに来られる」って感じで。
