マジでパート7のアニメが現実になったの、いまだに信じられんわlol
最初ほんとにファンメイドかと思ったくらい。
この部のアニメ化って、それくらい長年のファンの夢だったんだよな。
ここまで“もうすぐ”ってとこまで来てるのが、まだ現実味ないんだよね。
Bruh, I still can’t believe Part 7 anime is real lol.
Legit almost thought this was fanmade.
This part getting adapted is that much of a longtime collective dream for people lol.
The fact that we’re THIS close still feels very surreal.

てか、そんなに間空いたっけ？パート6終わったの3年前くらいだし。
SBRの原作が古いのはわかるけど、そもそも前の部が全部終わらんとアニメ化できなかったわけだしね。
I mean, has it really been that long, though? Part 6 only finished three years ago. I know the SBR manga is pretty old at this point, but obviously they couldn’t adapt it until everything before was already done.

ストーンオーシャンからの空白期間の話じゃなくて、“この部がアニメ化されること自体”がすごいんだよ。
SBRってアニメ化がほぼムリ案件って言われてたんだよな。馬のレースシーンが全体のほとんどで、50話分くらいはあるし。
だからこのプロジェクトはめちゃくちゃ規模デカくて、DavidProの綿密な計画とリソース管理が必要なんだわ。
It’s not the gap from Stone Ocean, it’s moreso the fact that this part is getting adapted AT ALL.
SBR is considered an “almost impossible adaptation” due to how seemingly intensive it is to animate. With almost the entire manga consisting of horseriding (which is about 50 episodes in length).
This project is a huuge undertaking and requires meticulous planning and resource management by DavidPro.

多分アニメの半分くらいスライドショーかCGになるだろうな。
パート7の予告も、背景ほぼ空で、動きを線だけで表現してるとこあったし…。
パート6も一部ひどかったし、炎炎ノ消防隊3期もかなりやばかった。DPは正直ちょっと遅れてる感あるわ。
they’re probably going to make half of it a slideshow or cgi. part 7 trailer has a bunch of empty background frames with moving lines to show motion.. part 6 looked awful at some parts. fire force season 3 also looked really bad, DP really is behind the game

パート1がアニメ化される前から、パート7のアニメを待ってたファンも多いからね。
ここまで来るなんて思ってなかったけど、ほんと実現してくれて嬉しいわ。
Many fans have been wanting a part 7 anime from before part 1 even got animated. I never thought we would get this far but I’m glad we are getting it.

正直、1億部売れてる作品なら“素材が尽きるまでアニメ作るだろ”って思うよな。
There’s a dumb joke to be made about your first sentence, but I’ll refrain.
To be honest, if something sells 100 million copies, I just kind of assume they’ll keep making an anime for it until they run out of material.

こういう作品は“やるかどうか”じゃなくて“いつやるか”なんだよな。
ジョジョは何十年も人気だし、アニメ化で知名度さらに跳ね上がったし、ずっと話題に上がるし売上もいい。
結局はDavidProの忙しさ次第ってだけだったと思う。
Yeah with something like this it’s more when and not if. JoJo’s has been so popular for decades now, and the anime blew up the popularity tenfold and it’s constantly in popular discussion and selling well. It was always going to be down to how busy David Prod. Is more than anything.

補足
パート8（ジョジョリオン）の主人公はよく金玉が話題にされる。

めっちゃ良いアートワークだと思う！ デザインにまだ不安感じてる人もいるけど、
つまがりさんはSBR序盤の荒木絵をちゃんと再現できてると思うんだよね。
中盤〜終盤も、岸辺露伴の「THE RUN」でJJL後期の荒木絵を経験してるし、対応できるって信じてる。
ただ、この部はSOよりちゃんとした制作スケジュールでやってほしい…。
制作地獄になるのはわかりきってるけどさ。
Really solid artwork! I know some people are still feeling iffy on the designs, but I think Tsumagari so far has been fairly good at translating Araki’s drawings in early SBR.
I trust him to also be able to handle the mid-late parts since he also has experience working with Araki’s late JJL style, thanks to being the CAD for the “The Run” episode in Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan.
I really hope this part has a much better schedule compared to SO. I know damn well the production is going to be a nightmare to pull off for various reasons.

2DとCGを組み合わせたアニメーションになるって、もう確か言ってたはず。
Think they confirmed it’s all animated using a combination of 2D and CGI techniques

馬の脚が映らないシーン → 2Dアニメ
…って感じになるんだろうな。
Any scene of the horses that has their legs in the frame: CGI
Any scene of the horses that does not have their legs in the frame: 2D animation

ティザー映像でも2DとCGのミックスだったし、ほぼ間違いなくハイブリッドだと思う。
馬が大量に出る場面はCGで、ジョニィとジャイロの馬だけとかの軽いシーンは2Dになるかもね。
The teaser trailer showed a blend of 2D animation and cgi, so most likely a blend. When there’s a lot of horses on screen then cgi, but maybe if it’s a less intensive scene and there’s only like Johnny and gyros horse, it may be in 2D.
