戦狼外交（せんろうがいこう、中国語: 戰狼外交、英語: Wolf warrior diplomacy）とは、2017年頃から中華人民共和国の外交官によって展開されるようになった、攻撃的な外交姿勢のことを指す。

大阪の中国総領事・薛剣（シュエ・ジエン）がXに投稿したメッセージ（現在は削除済み）にはこう書かれていたらしい：「自分から突っ込んできたその汚れた首——一瞬のためらいもなく斬り落とすしかない。覚悟はできているのか？」
つまり「日本が台湾を守ろうとするなら、次は日本を攻撃するぞ」っていう比喩的な脅しだと思う。高市首相個人というより、日本全体に向けたメッセージだね。
Xue Jian, the Chinese consul general in Osaka, fired back on social media platform X in a now-deleted post, which read: “That filthy neck that barged in on its own—I’ve got no choice to cut it off without a moment’s hesitation. Are you prepared for that?”
Translation: If you try to defend Taiwan, we‘ll invade you next. It’s a metaphor. Don’t think it’s directed towards Takaichi personally but rather the entire nation of Japan.

侵略っていうよりは、爆撃とか攻撃のニュアンスだよね。「侵略」だと中国が日本の土地を取る気があるみたいに聞こえるけど、それは違う。ただの攻撃って感じ。でも、君の解釈はだいたい合ってる。

A Chinese diplomat has sparked a diplomatic firestorm in Japan over a statement widely seen as threatening toward Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi, following her recent remarks on Taiwan.
The controversy erupted after Takaichi, who was sworn into office last month, told a parliamentary committee on Friday that a Chinese military blockade of Taiwan, which Beijing claims as its own, would likely create a “survival-threatening situation” for Japan—one that could force Tokyo to respond by deploying its Self-Defense Forces.

中国軍はロシアへの支援を約束したのに、実際には大した物資も送ってない。軍の腐敗で上層部が予算を自分の懐に入れてるから、まともな戦力維持なんてできないんだろうな。結局、張り子の虎にしか見えない。
The Chinese military didn’t really supply Russia with anything of substance even after pledging their “full support”, so it’s likely that they don’t have the equipment to sustain any kind of full-scale conflict (since corruption in the military means the higher-ups help themselves to the budget).
Looks like another paper tiger to me.
