アニメ版が大きくクオリティ落としてるし、
原作漫画も何度も書き直しを強いられてほとんど前に進めないしで、
正直ワンパンマンは原作Webコミック以外はもう詰んでる気がする。
Redditではワンパンマンがずっと“優等生扱い”されてて、
一方でヒロアカはずっとバカにされてきた。
で、今の両者の立ち位置を見てみろよって話。
Between the massive decline in the anime adaptation and the manga barely being allowed to move forward due to constant rewrites, One Punch Man genuinely feels like a lost cause outside the original web comic.
One Punch Man was treated as the golden child by Reddit while My Hero Academia was treated with derision by this website. And look at what position both of them are today.

OPM系サブレが目に見えて静かになってるの、
なんか逆に面白いよな。
出来が悪すぎて、
叩くことすら楽しめなくなってるレベル。
It’s kinda interesting how the OPM subreddits have seemed to really slow down despite the anime airing right now
it’s such a bad adaptation people aren’t even enjoying shitting on it

もう普通に気が滅入る。
叩いてスッキリするとかでもなくて、
ただただ悲しくなるだけなんだよな、今は。
After a big decline in S2 and then this in S3 so many years laters it’s just depressing, it’s not fun or cathartic to shit on. It just makes me sad now.

正直もうウンザリしてきた。
1年以上先になるなら、
もう普通にシーズン4って呼べばいいじゃん。
シーズン3が出るまでにあれだけトラブルあったし、
これが2027年までに本当に出せるのか様子見だな…。
This whole “Season x part y” thing is getting tiring, if it’s more than a year away, just call it Season 4, and with all the troubles Season 3 had coming out we’ll see if it can make it for 2027…

パート1と2の間がちょっと空くくらいなら理解できる。
でも1年以上後になるなら、
それはもうシーズン4でいいだろ。
I can understand the cour system where part 1 and 2 just have a short gap between them, but if it’s coming over a year later just call it season 4.

シーズン4って呼ぶと新規プロジェクト扱いになって、
コストも色々増えるんだよ。
今は「1シーズン分」で契約が済んでるから、
何年に分割されようが同じシーズン扱いにできる。
結局は全部、金の話ってわけ。

Also Ruri Dragon is getting an anime adaptation. And slice of life in general have never been better in quality than today,
Actually one of the better timelines for me at least.
