トールとルリのクロスオーバー企画やコラボが一切ないってなったら、さすがに驚くと思う。
ミニスピンオフシリーズはさすがに欲張りすぎかもしれないけどね。
とはいえ、京アニなら、そういうのを成立させられるIPは十分すぎるほど持ってるし。
I would be very surprised if there won’t be any crossovers collabs between Tohru and Ruri. A mini spin-off series is maybe asking too much, though.
Then again, KyoAni has more than enough IPs to make such a thing work.

それは無理だと思うな。
ルリはジャンプ系の作品だし、他の雑誌や会社のIPとのクロスオーバーは基本許可されないはず。
I doubt, Ruri is from Jump and I think they don’t allow those crossovers with IPs of other magazines/companies

Peak SoL manga getting adapted by a peak studio that knows how to make peak SoL anime. Now we just gotta stay alive until it releases.

最近はジャンプ作品ですら、有名スタジオを確保するのが大変なのが面白いよな。
みんな何年先までスケジュール埋まってるし。
そんな中で、ルリドラゴンが京アニを引き当てたのは本当にすごい。
It’s funny how these days Jump titles struggle to get renowned studios because everyone is already booked years in advance, and then Ruri Dragon gets Kyoto Animation.

ルリドラゴンって、たった6話で約2年間も休載して、それでも生き残ったんだぞ。
少年ジャンプみたいな超競争社会の雑誌では、かなり異例でデカい実績だよ。
Not that surprising. RuriDragon stayed in hiatus for around 2 years with only 6 chapters. That’s a pretty big achievement in a magazine as competitive as Shonen Jump.

業界関係者の話を聞く限り、京アニって基本的に「自分たちがやりたいものをやる」だけなんだよね。
「京アニの上の人の誰かがルリドラゴン読んで気に入った」って、それだけで決まっても全然不思議じゃない。
Based on industry insiders, KyoAni really just does whatever they like. It’s just as easy as “one of KyoAni’s higher-ups saw Ruri and liked it” and here we are.

それ、ぼっち・ざ・ろっく！の時にCloverWorksのスタッフでも同じようなことが起きてたよ。
ある日、アニメプロデューサーの梅原さんとキャラデザのけろりらさんが、イラスト展に向かう途中で好きなアニメや漫画の話をしてて、そこでけろりらさんが「ぼっち・ざ・ろっく！好きだし、もしアニメ化されたら関わりたい」って話したんだ。
そのあと梅原さんがCloverWorksの先輩にBtRの話をしたら、アニプレックスからすでに企画のオファーが来てるって聞いて、それで「じゃあ受けましょう」って話になったらしい。
この話はインタビューで知った。
It happened to CloverWorks staff with Bocchi the Rock. One day, the Animation Producer Umehara and the Character Designer Kerorira were discussing their favorite anime and manga on their way to an illustrator’s exhibition. Kerorira mentioned that he liked BtR and that he would love to be involved if it were ever adapted into an anime.
After that, Umehara asked his senior at CloverWorks about BtR. His senior replied that there have been an offer from Aniplex about BtR, so Umehara ask him to accept the offer

だから前から言ってるんだけど、好きな漫画を最高のアニメにしてほしいなら、トップクラスのプロデューサーや監督、アニメーターがその作品を好きになってくれるよう本気で祈るしかない。
呪術廻戦やチェンソーマンも、スタッフに原作ファンがめちゃくちゃ多くて、場合によっては制作側から声をかけたんじゃなくて、アニメーター側から「やりたい」って動いたケースもあるんだよ。
That is why I have been saying that if you have favorite manga and you want it to have great anime, you better praying hard that top producer/director/animator love it as well. To give another example Jujutsu Kaisen and Chainsaw Man are filled with staff that also fans of both series so sometimes the animators themselves who reached out to the production instead of the other way around.

Also. The Mushoku tensei producer went as far as recruiting people to make a new studio.

こういう作風って、どう考えても京アニの得意分野ドンピシャだし。
ただ正直言うと、アカネ噺を京アニがやってくれたらなって気持ちもある。
あれは、ちゃんとした実力派チームじゃないと難しい作品だと思うから。
and its not surprising, this sort of story feels right in KyoAni’s wheelhouse.
tho i kinda wish they were the ones on Akanebanashi instead, that one feels like it really needs a great team to adapt well

早くても2027年っぽいけど、それでも嬉しすぎるし、テンション爆上がりだわ。

あの「セックスロボ百合アニメ」が発表されて以降、
正直もう漫画がアニメ化されても何も驚かなくなった。
それでもこれは普通にめちゃくちゃ嬉しいニュースだね！
Ever since the sex robot yuri anime was announced I have become incapable of surprise about a manga getting an anime. But still, this one is a delightful piece of news!

例えば『ローゼン・ガルテン・サーガ』とか。
There are still manga out there for which I think an adaptation would be pretty surprising. Rosen Garten Saga for instance.

There is a anime about sucking on women’s breast to gain energy for super powers and one about visiting different monstergirl brthels. Plus don’t forget the bdsm magical girl yuri one.

I suppose if the title had been “After getting dragon powers from my dad I became the world’s strongest high schooler” I’d have been entirely unfazed by the news
